General Terms
Niche Skin provides in person training designed to be flexible and engage students in ways they can learn to the best of their potential.

This document outlines the terms and conditions for all of our training academy. 

Administration Fees 
Administrative fees are non refundable in any circumstance.

Amendments to enrolment within 14 days of course start dates will incur administrative charges of £150. 

Cancellation Policy
Students have the right to cancel their attendance on a course up to 14 days before the scheduled start date. Given this notice period is served students will be able to reschedule their training to another date one time and one time only. Please note this will incur a £50 transfer administrative fee.

If a student doesn’t wish to reschedule their training and 14 days notice is given then a full refund can be processed minus the administrative fees of £150.

Online courses are non refundable. 

Failure to Attend
Students that fail to attend their scheduled training or attend for part but not all of the training will have their training cancelled and all paid fees retained and non refundable. 

If less than 14 days notice is given to reschedule a course date then the course fee will be lost. Please note this also includes unable to attend due to illness. 

Course Fees
Course fees are required to be paid or have finance funding in place in full no later than 14 working days before their first scheduled course date in the training programme.

Failure to settle your balance at this point will result in cancellation and removal from the training course. 

Deposits 
Enrolment onto our training courses require a deposit to be paid if finance is not taken. The deposit charge stands at £150 and is non refundable.

Refunds
As per the other clauses in the terms and conditions refunds for in person training course fees (minus administration fees) would only be permitted in the following circumstances:

• The notice of refund is 14 or more days before the scheduled start date of training
• No costs have been incurred by Niche Skin in arrangement of the training

Online courses have a no refund policy. 

Certificates 
Upon completion of your training you will be provided with your accredited certificate. This will be given to you on the day of completion of the course.

All our courses are accredited by CPD or IBA accreditation group. Any replacement certificates will be charged at a cost of £10.

Models for Assessment
We have a model list that we use to provide models for the day of training which are provided to you on practical course days.

Insurance
Once qualified students are responsible for acquisition of their own insurance. Niche Skin does not hold any responsibility for gaining insurance.

Copyright
All training manuals, materials, pictures, video content, is the sole property of Niche Skin and any attempt to copy or use without our consent or share any part of our material with any third party will be prosecuted.

You can not publish or share any of our training manuals, materials, pictures or videos through anyone without our prior written consent.
